We don't publish fixed prices because every home is different: around 48 hours after the visit you receive an itemised quote with a cost limit for each material. That way you know from the start what your renovation can cost and can choose finishes calmly.
As a guide, a bathroom usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, a kitchen 3 to 4, and a full flat renovation several months. Before starting we give you the handover date in writing.
It depends on the municipality and the type of work. During the visit we tell you which permit your renovation needs so it starts with everything in order.
For partial renovations, usually yes, by organising the work by areas. For a full renovation it is more comfortable and faster if the home is empty.
